When “fine” no longer feels like enough

Therapy for adults who feel disconnected and want a more aligned, intentional life

Finding your way back to yourself

You may be here because something doesn’t feel quite right. You’ve worked hard to build a stable career, find a partner, and develop meaningful friendships—and yet you still find yourself wondering, Why don’t I feel more content?

That quiet dissatisfaction can show up as burnout, restlessness, anxiety, dull relationships, or a sense of moving through life on autopilot. Therapy with me can be a space to slow down and explore what that gentle nudge of discontentment is asking of you.

Together, we make space for deeper self-understanding—and from there—opportunity for meaningful change. When you begin living in greater alignment with yourself, life tends to feel steadier, clearer, and more intentional.

Who I work best with

My clients tend to be thoughtful, self-aware adults who look successful from the outside but feel quietly disconnected from what they actually want.

Many are navigating career pivots, identity questions, or the gap between the life they've built and the life they imagined. Some have quietly wondered if they're allowed to want more. They are.

I am not the best fit for those in crisis or needing more intensive support.

What working together looks like

Getting Started

Where do I begin? Start by scheduling a free consultation using the form below. We’ll briefly connect and, if it feels like a good fit, find a time to meet.

What should I expect in my first session? We’ll discuss what brings you in and start to get to know each other. We’ll set goals and unpack what you want to get out of our time together.

How will I know if we’re a good fit? Over time, you should feel like you can be honest in sessions without judgement. And, while our time together isn’t always easy, it should be productive and useful.

Support & Progress

My role: I’ll help you identify patterns, reflect on what may be keeping you stuck, and gently challenge assumptions. You can expect my full presence, honesty, and thoughtful feedback.

Your role: Our time together is for you. I lead by providing structure, but you are the one who determines where we take each session and what will be most helpful.

Together: We’ll build insight and develop a clearer understanding of what you want and what needs to change. We’ll translate insight into action—identifying practical steps you can take and regularly evaluating what’s working and what isn’t.

About me

I’m a licensed professional counselor associate (LPCA) in Kentucky with four years of experience working as a therapist with adult individuals. My work centers on helping high-functioning, thoughtful people slow down and reconnect with what they actually want — not just what they’ve been taught to pursue.

My approach is insight-oriented and integrative, drawing from modalities like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and existential therapy to support meaningful, lasting change.

  • We untangle the patterns, expectations, and internal narratives that keep you feeling stuck.

  • We explore identity, values, and the parts of you that may have been pushed aside.

  • From insight, we begin making thoughtful intentional changes.

How I work focuses on three core areas:
