FAQs

How much does a session cost?

1

My fee is $150 for a 50 minute session. The cost is the same for in-person or telehealth. I do offer a select number of sliding scale clients, if finances are a barrier. Feel free to mention this to me when you get in touch and I can let you know how that process works.

While I do not accept insurance through in-network providers, you may be able to take advantage of some coverage through a superbill. My services would be considered out-of-network and the cost is paid for upfront. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to submit a superbill of fees spent to your insurance company for partial reimbursement.

How often will we meet and how long is each session?

3

Together we’ll decide what frequency works best. We’ll consider availability, level of distress or discomfort and urgency of the issues you are facing. I have found that twice monthly or once a month tends to be optimal for many clients. Each session is 50 minutes in length.

I offer both in-person and telehealth options. For in-person sessions, my office location is 10602 Timberwood Circle Suite 4, Louisville, KY 40223. Plenty of parking is available. When meeting via telehealth we will utilize videoconferencing through a link that I provide.

What is your cancellation policy?

5

I require 24 hours notice when you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel after 24 hours you will be charged the entire session fee ($150). In order to avoid missed appointments, you may opt in to text or email reminders when you schedule.

I’m not sure anything is “wrong”, can therapy still help?

6

The work that I love to do with clients tackles that exact question. Even if there is no diagnosable concern, there is plenty of opportunity to better understand yourself, allowing you to live a more peaceful and enriched life. No discomfort is too small for us to explore together and work to alleviate.

I serve high-functioning adults in Kentucky who are searching for deeper meaning, clarity, and alignment in their lives. They are may be facing anxiety, burnout, restlessness, relationship dissatisfaction, or a life transition. I do not work with individuals who are facing crises or struggling with severe mental illness. My clients are adults ages 18 and up.
