Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in the corporate world. I had a career in advertising that, by most measures, was going well — I was motivated, engaged, and moving forward. But like many of the clients I now work with, I reached a point where what looked successful on paper didn't feel aligned internally. I couldn't shake the quiet, persistent feeling of "is this it?" That restlessness had me asking myself what I actually wanted. The answer led me to a Master's in Counseling at Palo Alto University and eventually to work that finally felt like mine.
Today, my work is shaped by both lived experience and clinical training. I bring curiosity, warmth, and depth to the therapy room, creating a space where you can feel seen, understood, and gently challenged. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and existential approaches—blending practical tools with deeper reflection to support lasting change.
Therapy with me is collaborative and intentional. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you move toward greater clarity, direction, and a steadier sense of self.
